This project was a complete rehabilitation and update of a 1970’s lobby at FIT’s David Dubinsky Student Center. The scope of work included: refurbishment of existing marble flooring, specialty millwork, interesting lighting and carpet that defined seating areas and directed the flow throughout the large double height space, and an addition of an emergency exit. Other design elements included glass infill panels in railings, soft seating, a computer bar, and planters used to define space.
