Although designed in the 70’s, the youth recreation building is still very much a youth center which is highly used. The center includes a gymnasium/assembly room, boxing and ballet rooms, workshop, game rooms, kitchen, art rooms, support facilities and administrative offices. The building was carefully designed and sensitively sited to allow most spaces to be lit by skylights, including below grade level areas.
