The Residential Lobby and Community Room project was a complete two-story renovation in Coed Hall into a new lounge, community room, upgraded kitchen, student workspace, ADA compliant restrooms, and laundry facility. Natural light was brought into the spaces with new exterior storefronts both in the front and rear of the building. Durable new finishes, furniture, and interesting lighting were provided to create a comfortable atmosphere where students can relax, socialize, and work. Security was improved with new custom turnstiles and security desk.
